Leading with emotional intelligence
Emotional Intelligence (EQ) is the cornerstone of building authentic relationships and influencing people positively. This foundation course explores what EQ is and how it can be developed.Specifically we will cover;

Introduction to Emotional Intelligence (EQ), including the four components of EQ: self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, and relationship management

We introduce a practical guide to management skills covering the fundamental skills for first time managers.
